📦 Order Processing
Orders are processed on Monday and Thursday (excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Method
We ship all physical orders via USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after processing.
All shipments include tracking and insurance through USPS.
💰 Shipping Rates
Flat rate shipping is calculated at checkout.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
🕒 Pre-Orders
If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, please note the expected ship date listed on the product page.
Your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
If you'd like in-stock items to ship sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
🌍 International Customers
We currently only ship physical products within the United States.
International customers can shop our books via our Amazon Author Page.
Digital downloads will be available soon — we’re working on expanding access.

📬 Tracking & Delivery
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships.
Please double-check your shipping address — we’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect info.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@simonnealonzobooks.com
We’ll work with USPS to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
